Brief of Innovation and Achievement
|
l Command Center Data and information are displayed in real-time at the command center, enabling managers to record and monitor the latest remote changes. With a high-resolution LCD video wall and multi-screen media player, users can edit content, schedule intelligently, and play it seamlessly. Data visualization not only ensures precise monitoring and efficient management but also maximizes the benefits of field monitoring solutions.
l Mission-Critical Heterogeneous Network Integration By incorporating NGSO satellite links as part of the heterogeneous communication network, this serves as a highly resilient solution for emergency 5G mobile communication networks when critical infrastructure fails.
l Multi-Generation (Multi-Gth) Indoor Signal Coverage Solution This solution meets the demands of multi-band signals, including 4G communication and high-frequency bands such as 3.5GHz and 4.9GHz, which are prevalent in the 5G era, achieving efficient and deep indoor signal coverage.
l Flexible and Rapid DAS System Deployment The system replaces coaxial cables with optical fibers for wiring and utilizes Ethernet power supply, significantly reducing the time required for deployment inside buildings.

Challenges and Solutions for the Application’s Deployment
|
l Communication Upgrade The 5G private network effectively increases the uplink rate from 27Mbps to 80Mbps. Traditional 3G/4G passive indoor coverage systems cannot support frequencies above 3GHz. However, Wave-In's sDAS system, leveraging optical fiber, supports any frequency, including 3.5GHz and 4.9GHz, with a maximum transmission distance of over 5 kilometers. It also reduces signal loss and maintains stable transmission power.
l Cost Reduction 5G requires more antenna transmissions, such as 4T4R, which traditional passive DAS cannot accommodate due to bandwidth limitations. Supporting such needs would lead to excessive deployment costs, making it economically unfeasible. Therefore, Wave-In utilizes MIMO technology to enhance spectrum efficiency and reduce overall costs.
l Shortened Construction Period Traditional passive DAS systems require fixed coaxial cables, splitters, and multiple antennas with low EIRP to achieve adequate coverage, resulting in prolonged installation times. Wave-In leverages the compact size and easy cabling features of optical fiber to enable rapid deployment, effectively reducing the construction period.
