With more than 36,000 monitors from different contractors in New Taipei City, video analysis became a tremendous task for the police force. The System of Cloud Intelligence for Image Analysis and Search Engine is the solution to the issue. The system features:

• Intuitional system interface, allowed rapid acquisition of key-images in real time. 
  
  
• High recognition rate Plate Identification Technique and auto-tracking function with Smart Analysis. 
  
  
• The system identifies the quality of videos by Image Identification Engine and determines the result with statistical diagrams. Users can then use the information for adjustment, maintenance, and operation purposes.
  
  
• Highly comparable with different wireless/ wired sensor equipment, including infrared (IR) detector, radar detector, frame grabber equipment and etc.

Industrial Technology Research Institute patent was granted both in Taiwan and US for "Method, System, Computer Program Product and Computer-readable Recording Medium for Object Tracking": with Patent/Publication Number I450207 in ROC and Patent US8.890957 in US.

This System is the first up-to-date innovation in the history of National Police Institutes. In 2015, the system won the honorable award in the annual outstanding performance award of Executive Yuan in the category of Development and Innovation in Economic and Technology.
