1. CHINA-Wuxi High-Tech Industrial Development Zone Library
Wuxi High-Tech Industrial Development Zone Library had a grand opening on 30th August, 2011. Wuxi District was located on second-tier city by government, besides it didn't have library or culture center. Therefore, government decided to build a new library and implemented technology and service concept to patrons. New library promoted reading culture very successfully.
2. CHINA-Wuhou Library
Wuhou library had grand opening on 1st May, 2015. Wuhou district, Sichuan province was one of the five cities of Chengdu city. The area of Wuhou Library was third place of Chengdu city and the aim was to be the top library in west city.
3. PHILIPPINES-Mapúa Institute of Technology
Mapúa Institute of Technology Library beginning in the year of 1965. Mapúa Institute of Technology is one of the top IT school in Manila. Library was not only provide a good environment but also implemented a new technology to provide a high quality service.
4. JAPAN- Kunitachi College of Music Library
After 1970s, the most important aim of Kunitachi College of Music library was to support students and teachers on teaching and researching. In order to improve the collection utilization rate and service efficient. Library implemented new technology to highlight the visibility and value.

Claridy Solutions started from IoT concept and combined three core values which are 1. Integrated library system (ILS), 2. E-resource and 3. RFID Self-check service solution. This new concept was "Intelligent Library System". Claridy provided Total Solution for Intelligent Library (Software + Hardware) and insight into customer needs.

1. CHINA-Wuxi High-Tech Industrial Development Zone Library
In the end of 2010, Claridy and Wuxi High-Tech Industrial Development Zone Library had a contract. The contract included 1. Integrated library system (ILS), (2) E-resource, (3) RFID Self-check service solutions, (4) Human resources service model. The values for the library were improving reading culture, expanding service area and also won a lot of government award. Especially, Wuxi High-Tech Industrial Development Zone Library got a "Intelligent Public Library Certification".
2. CHINA-Wuhou Library
ince 1st May, 2015, Wuhou library implemented human resources service model and adapted RFID self-check service solutions. The patrons check out and return books just by themselves. Value for the library was services stable grow up.
3. PHILIPPINES-Mapúa Institute of Technology Library
In 2014, Mapúa Institute of Technology Library implemented RFID self-check service station, self-return station, security gate and self-return station. The new technology service provided students and teachers can check book very easily. The value for the library are not only save service time but also improving the collection utilization rate.
4. JAPAN- Kunitachi College of Music Library
In 2013, MARS TOHKEN SOLUTION (MTS) was our distributor. In 2014, MTS sell the RFID security gate for the Kunitachi College of Music library. Through the RFID security, library can integrate ILS and RFID equipment. The value for the library was improving the security level and be the important part of library intelligent service.
Challenges included three part: PART1. Integrated library system (ILS): (1) Different type of libraries, (2) The gap of ILS specifications and module requirement. PART 2. RFID hardware: (1) Conversion between magnetic strips and UHF, (2)RFID product delivery and installation, (3)UHF product testing and adjustment. PART 3. International market: (1) Proper nouns on library domain, (2) Open bidding rules at different countries.
In order to overcome these challenges, we used the following solutions to solve problems and conquer the challenges with our customers: customers requirement, service customized, providing RFID total solutions, establishing SOP process, communicate with customer and preparing local documents.
